We’re proud to have helped crafters find the joy in their creations for over 100 years. Keeping with this tradition, we guarantee you must be satisfied. If, for any reason you are not, return merchandise within six months, and we will promptly exchange it or refund your money.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return it for a full refund or exchange within 6 months. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available within the continental United States for $9.00. Your order will deliver in-stock merchandise within 3 business days of shipment. Please provide a street address. No P.O. boxes. We may have items due to size or availability that are not available for rush delivery. These will be noted in the product copy as well as in the checkout. Rush charge still applies to orders which qualify for free shipping.
Our apologies, but Rush Delivery is not available on promotional merchandise, such as items found in our emails and weekly sales.
International Orders
All orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your order must total a minimum of $50 (U.S. funds) for merchandise.
2. Actual shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card after your order has been placed. This is due to the fact that we are required to ship 'by weight', which cannot occur until the products in your order are collected (most International orders fall between $20 and $35 for shipping)
3. A processing charge of $10.00 per order will be added.
4. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
5. Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
6. DMC(r) floss and products are not available to order outside Canada or the U.S.
7. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.
8. At this time, we will not fulfill orders to the following countries, as we cannot insure package deliveries to Mexico, Costa Rica, Laos, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia, Iraq and Iran.
