Each additional ship-to address will incur a $4.00 handling charge.
Rush delivery is available within the continental United States for an additional $9.00. Your order will deliver in-stock merchandise within 3 business days of shipment. Please provide a street address. No P.O. boxes. We may have items due to size or availability that are not available for rush delivery. These will be noted in the product copy as well as in the checkout. Rush charge still applies to orders which qualify for free shipping.
Our apologies, but Rush Delivery is not available on promotional merchandise, such as items found in our emails and weekly sales.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions. You may also mail to:

Business Customers and Large Consumer Orders
Please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
1. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
2. Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
3. DMC(r) floss and products are not available to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
4. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.

5. We are only able to ship to the countries you find listed (during checkout).
6. International delivery typically takes 2-7 business days via UPS depending upon the weight of the package.
