Seasonal Order Taking Representative

In this position, your primary responsibility is taking phone orders from our customers. You will also assist with processing and entering mail orders. Additionally, you will provide basic customer service duties-entering catalog requests, process catalog removals, assist customers with their orders, plus additional miscellaneous assignments.

Regular Part Time Customer Service Representative

Part Time

Assist our customers by providing support both verbally and through written correspondence. You will handle customer inquiries such as tracking their package, insuring exchanges and refunds, answer product related questions, and resolve complaints. Additional duties may include creating craft models for our product development department, plus additional miscellaneous assignments.
