This quality felt and sequin banner features a star-spangled gnome to give guests a patriotic welcome to your home sweet home! This cheerful gnome is dressed as Uncle Sam with red and white striped pants, a blue coat, and a star-spangled hat as he holds an American flag and a bouquet of daisies and blue stars with the words USA and a greeting of Welcome across the bottom of the design. The kit comes complete with everything needed to create and display your banner: pre-printed designs on quality felt, color-separated sequins and beads, cotton floss, needles, wooden dowel with finials for hanging, and instructions.
