Premier Chamonix

I love Chamonix. It's a very thin yarn with a little halo. I use it by holding it together with with another thinner yarn to make lapghans for nursing homes and veterans. It's very soft and the color choices are beautiful. Super value too!

Chamonix Yarn for winter wear

This is a good reliable yarn for making winter wearables. I made socks and mittens from mine. Would have rated it higher if the yarn didn't keep getting tangled up

Create upscale fashions with Premier Chamonix yarn. Each ball of this acrylic blend contains 3 ounces (380 yards) of fine weight yarn that is both luxurious and cozy. This yarn is perfect for trend-setting tops and sweaters with a lightweight warmth. Make sure to hand wash your finished projects to keep them looking like new. Imported.
• 80% acrylic/10% mohair/10% polyamide, #2 fine weight yarn.
• 3 oz/85g/380 yd ball.
• Hand wash. Imported.
• Crochet gauge, size D-3 (3.25mm) hook: 22 sc and 28 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
• Knit gauge in st st, size 2 (2.75mm) needles: 24 sts and 32 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
