"Made this for a co-worker as a wedding gift, and absolutely adored it. Made it with cotton for a summer throw, and it turned out beautifully. This pattern is definitely one that makes you pay attention - every time I was sure it was miswritten I reread the chart and found the error was mine. I had more issues with the beginning/end sections because you're building "leaves" into lace at the end of the "vines" that run through the main (middle) section, but once I trusted the pattern it worked."

"I have been knitting forever and even teach knitting but this pattern is one of the worst I have ever worked with. Poorly written and not well organized I am in the process of re-writing the pattern using the picture as my guide since i can't depend on the pattern or the chart to be correct."

"I thought this was the most beautiful pattern I had ever seen for an afghan. I have been knitting for 50 years and have done some very complicated patterns. This one has me stumped! Every time I try it, I come up with diferent stitch counts for every row! I have tried both charted and written directions and had the same problems with each, I finally used a different pattern with the yarn. Also the yarn shedds on my clothing while I am working with it."

"Although I have just received this kit, I am looking forward to completing it. The yarn is great to work with and the pattern is perfect."
