"I have knit MANY pairs of socks using Deborah Norville Serenity Sock and find it to be of exceptional quality. It is a pleasure to knit with this yarn and the socks have held up very well through much wearing and laundering. I make these for myself & also for my daughter & granddaughter."

"There is a mistake on the pattern for these socks. It is where you turn the heel. If you follow the pattern as is the heel will be off center. Where you turn heel, sl 1, p 17, you need to p2tog. p1 to make the heel be in the center."

"I love the colors and the weight is perfect, so you ask why not five stars? Because of the partial wool content, the yarn is slightly scratchy. Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself with that comment. When I finish designing the small creature I'm working on, I'm planning on brushing it with a small slicker brush hoping that will give the creature a softer feel. Touch is extremely important for huggable items. If that works, I'll write another review!"
