"This yarn never disappoints. I first used it to crochet an afghan for a summer-time baby. It turned out light weight and so soft. I continue to use it for crochet but have discovered it also gives great coverage on my 10- mesh plastic canvas projects. Great stuff! "

"Got the Stormy Skies Plaid blanket kit, dark & lite teal, dark & lite gray - wonderful afghan!!! Yarn is soft, dense. Pattern calls for 2 strands per block, SC stitch throughout: creates an ombre-plaid look. Want to try it with tartan colors: dark & med green, butterscotch, rust. I love heavy, big blankets and this one fills the bill - 4'x5' before the tassels. Kit was a wee bit short of some yarn for tassels, so you might want to order 1 ball extra if you do this pattern (Item 205696)."

"This yarn is perfect for detailed projects like amigurumi or colorwork shawls. It's sturdier than Woollike, but not too weighty. "
