"I loved the look of this kit years ago when I bought it. I finally retired and have the time to craft. I am terribly disappointed in the yarn. Every one of the 18 skeins of yarn had at least 2 knots in it. One of the Grape skeins had 7!!!! "

"Beautiful yarn! Incredibly soft. Took a little bit to figure out the pattern, but smooth sailing after that. I used a size bigger crochet hook, since I tend to work more tightly."

"I have the kit and love the pattern. My mom is in hospice and can no longer crochet. I would like to finish this project for her, but the pattern stuck to itself when I opened up the booklet and I cannot read some of it. Can someone please provide me with a copy of the pattern?"

"This afghan is gorgeous and I love the Herrschners afghan yarn. The pattern is wonderful, but I had to learn to recheck my rows for any little mistakes before moving on. The pattern is not forgiving and will throw off the design. After crocheting for about 40 years, I can say that this is a true keeper and one of my all-time favorite afghans. "

"The pattern was hard to follow. I just picked a free ripple stitch pattern on line and used that. I like the yarn though. Can I but just the yarns?"
