"I've purchased numerous items from Herrschners over several years. I have never been disappointed. This afghan kit is fantastic. I love the texture of the yarn. It works up beautifully. I did not have problems with the cable instructions, but maybe due to 50 years of crocheting. I love the fact that there is always enough yarn in the kits to finish the project. I look forward to many more kits in he future. "

"I like to read the directions through before I ever start a project and found the pattern directions for Box St Pat B were pretty unclear, but I emailed Herrschners for help & actually figured it out once I started knitting! Cool looking pattern. It does look like your favorite Aran sweater! Actually rather easy once you start knitting it. Just wish the directions for Box St Pat B were more clear. At the end of Row 1 you work Row 3 of Box Stitch Pattern B so you would have to work Row 4 of Box S"

"I absolutely love this yarn. To be honest, the cables in this pattern were a bit over my head so I re-worked the pattern to use a simpler cable repeat but it's turning out just as lovely!"
