Accounts Payable Specialist

Herrschners has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing operational support to the company’s financial leadership team. This position reports to the Controller.

Seasonal Order Taking Representative

Seasonal
In this position, your primary responsibility is taking phone orders from our customers. You will also assist with processing and entering mail orders. Additionally, you will provide basic customer service duties-entering catalog requests, process catalog removals and assist customers with their orders. Additional duties may include creating craft models for our product development department, plus additional miscellaneous assignments.

Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Seasonal
Assist our customers by providing support both verbally and through written correspondence. You will handle customer inquiries such as tracking their package, ensuring exchanges and refunds, answer product related questions, and resolve complaints. Additional duties may include creating craft models for our product development department, plus additional miscellaneous assignments.

Retail Store Clerk

Seasonal
In this position you will provide exceptional customer service to each guest visiting our retail store. You will inspire and spark creativity through product promotion, demonstration and compelling visual merchandising.

Assistant Merchandise Manager

The Assistant Merchandise Manager will assist Merchandise Managers and the Director or Merchandising in developing product assortments and promotional strategies for print and digital efforts. They will perform their duties in a professional and accurate manner, keeping customer service a priority.

General Warehouse Associate

The purpose of this position description and job responsibilities is to serve as a general summary and overview of the variety of duties and responsibilities of the job. Therefore, flexibility to work in different warehouse departments and functions as assigned by manager is required.

A General Warehouse Associate works in multiple areas of warehouse inventory movement including receiving, picking and packing, prep line, and shipping functions. Core responsibilities are to fulfill customer orders through various inventory transactions in a timely and organized manner while consistently maintaining order accuracy, production levels and department standards.
