• Canada: Herrschners collects applicable taxes and duties at checkout as required by Canadian law. For an estimate of these charges, you may use the Government of Canada’s Duty and Tax Estimate Calculator or similar tools.
• Other international customers: If you are outside Canada and the United States, you are responsible for any tariffs, duties, taxes, and collection fees that may be charged at delivery.

Product restrictions

• Disney products: not available for purchase outside Canada and the United States.
• DMC® floss and products: not available for purchase outside Canada and the United States.

Order availability & shipping

• All orders are subject to merchandise availability.
• Pre-ordered items ship only within the United States and are not available for international delivery.
• We can ship only to countries listed on our website during checkout.
• International delivery typically takes 14–21 business days; some destinations may take 4–6 weeks. You will receive an email when your order ships.
• Free shipping and shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders within the continental United States and cannot be redeemed for international orders.
