Returns and Exchanges
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the opportunity to return unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. To facilitate this process, each order is accompanied by an itemized invoice and comprehensive return instructions. Alternatively, you may mail your return to the following address:

Please ensure your package is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that for large orders, refused orders, or orders past 60 days from the purchase date, a restocking fee of up to 20% and return shipping costs may apply.

Free Shipping on Orders or Items:
Free shipping offers for both products and orders are only valid within the contiguous United States and cannot be used for international, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico orders unless explicitly stated otherwise. These promotions cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion code. Please be informed that Herrschners reserves the right to terminate promotions early, add shipping charges for large orders, or refuse free shipping for any reason. In the event of an issue with free shipping on your order, Herrschners will reach out to you before making any modifications or cancellations to your order.

Large Orders:
Herrschners reserve the right to review orders exceeding $200 or 75 pounds and apply additional shipping charges if necessary. Should additional shipping charges be required, we will contact the phone number provided on the order to review the shipping costs.

Insured Delivery
For additional 99 cent per order, add insured delivery to your order. In the event your order doesn’t arrive, went missing, or arrives incomplete, we will replace the missing items at no additional charge to you. Insured delivery allows for an additional 5 days past carrier delivery date. Limit one per customer. Backordered items are not eligible for Insured Delivery.

Priority Handling & Processing
Need your order in a hurry? For an additional $3.95/order, your order will be packed and shipped in 1 business day of receiving your order. Priority Handling & Processing orders will be sent by standard shipping and any delays due to carrier handling are outside of our control. Backordered items are not eligible for Priority Handling & Processing.

Hawaii Orders
Please be advised that due to logistical considerations, the expected delivery time for orders on our website is approximately 28 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure a seamless delivery process.

International Orders
Please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
1. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes. As of July 1st, 2018, a 10% United States Surtax will be charged on goods manufactured in the U.S. and shipped into Canada. This surtax will need to be paid by the customer to the delivery agent before receiving their goods. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
3. DMC floss and products are not available to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
4. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.
    Pre-order items not available outside the United States.
5. We are only able to ship to the countries you find listed (during checkout).
6. International delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, however some countries/locations may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email when your order ships.
7. Free Shipping and Shipping promotions are only valid for the Continental US and cannot be redeemed for International Orders.

Note: Due to carrier changes, we are unable to ship to Australia or New Zealand at this time.

Business Customers and Large Consumer Orders
Herrschners reserves the right to charge for actual freight for large orders. Orders do not qualify for free or rush delivery. Returned or refused large order, may be subject to restocking fee up to 20%. Please contact customer service at 1-800-713-1239 or with questions. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm CST.

Candada, Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Territories Customers
Please note orders shipped will be charged an additional $5.95 for shipping & handling.

Israel Orders
Due to a policy change with our cross-border shipping partner, we regret to inform you that we are temporarily unable to fulfill orders for delivery to Israel. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are actively working to resolve this situation as swiftly as possible.

Please rest assured that this suspension is solely a result of external factors, and it does not reflect any changes in our commitment to serving our Israeli customers. We remain dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and services, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your experience with us.
