If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions. You may also mail to:

Shipping discounts and promotions:
Discounts, coupons, and codes for reduced shipping or free shipping are the property of Herrschners and may not be displayed, cataloged, linked to, or used by any other entity, business, or website without our expressed permission. Herrschners reserves the right to review orders more than $200 or more than 75 pounds and assess additional shipping charges. If an additional shipping charge is necessary, Herrschners will call the phone number provided on the order to review the shipping costs.
For additional $1.95/order, add insured delivery to your order. In the event your order doesn’t arrive, went missing, or arrives incomplete, we will replace the missing items at no additional charge to you. Insured delivery allows for an additional 5 days past carrier delivery date. Limit one per customer. Backordered items are not eligible for Insured Delivery.
Priority Handling & Processing
Need your order in a hurry? For an additional $3.95/order, your order will be packed and shipped in 1 business day of receiving your order. Priority Handling & Processing orders will be sent by standard shipping and any delays due to carrier handling are outside of our control. Backordered items are not eligible for Priority Handling & Processing.
A 27 cent Retail Delivery Fee has been instituted by the State of Colorado. This amount has been added to the shipping fee for all orders shipping to Colorado.
Please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
1. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes. As of July 1st, 2018, a 10% United States Surtax will be charged on goods manufactured in the U.S. and shipped into Canada. This surtax will need to be paid by the customer to the delivery agent before receiving their goods. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
3. DMC floss and products are not available to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
4. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.

5. We are only able to ship to the countries you find listed (during checkout).
6. International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, however some countries/locations may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email when your order ships.
7. Free Shipping and Shipping promotions are only valid for the Continental US and cannot be redeemed for International Orders.
Note: Due to carrier changes, we are unable to ship to Australia or New Zealand at this time.

Herrschners reserves the right to charge for actual freight for large orders. Orders do not qualify for free or rush delivery.
