Senior Programmer Analyst

Herrschners is currently looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. The Senior Programmer Analyst will formulate, develop, and implement new technical solutions to help solve modern business challenges. This position will design, develop, test, document, implement, and support custom written software, both new and existing, and provide full-stack support for internal ERP processes and related applications and databases. In addition, this position will assist with planning, requirements, and migration activities to upgrade, modernize, and streamline existing systems.

Senior Programmer Analyst

Herrschners is currently looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. The Senior Programmer Analyst will formulate, develop, and implement new technical solutions to help solve modern business challenges. Responsibilities

  • Provide software development and technical support in an agile environment
  • Research, code, test, install, modify, and document internal applications and databases
  • Integrate with 3rd party hardware devices and external software platforms/APIs
  • Validate, verify, report, and resolve defects and potential problems
  • Work to correct errors, increase efficiency, and improve interfaces and experiences
  • Communicate across departments to identify project parameters and requirements
  • Identify process and system improvements, suggest new technologies or platforms
  • Prepare application documentation for existing, new and revised implementations

    • Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices
  • Proven ability to be highly organized, multi-tasking, and flexible
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and think outside-the-box
  • Able to take on complex projects and be an effective team member
  • Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited university
  • Experience: 3-5 years, prior experience in warehouse/retail/ecommerce preferred
  • Skills: SQL (MSSQL), C#, .Net Core, HTML/CSS/JS, JSON/XML, Unit Testing

This leadership position is a highly collaborative, self-starting, execution-focused, and customer facing role.

    Customer Contact Manager

This leadership position is a highly collaborative, self-starting, execution-focused, and customer facing role.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Be a leader! Set the tone and motivate the team. Foster a “Customer-First” culture at Herrschners encompassing point of purchase channels while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the umbrella of essential technology tools required to optimize customer contact touchpoints.
  • Work across the organization to develop and nurture relationships; communicate wins, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop annual and event budgets, labor requirements and retail product roadmap to achieve or exceed objectives.
  • Raise the bar! Establish and define “Customer-First” standards.
  • Develop and maintain a work schedule for employees centered on promotions, holidays, and other business cycles to ensure sufficient coverage to meet or exceed established standards.
  • Monitoring performance: researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Monitor quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee the retail store manager, ensuring inventory levels are adequate to achieve budgeted sales and agreed upon inventory turnover, while controllable costs meet budget.
  • Ensure you have the right players on the team. Hire, onboard, and train team members. Ensure they have the tools, skills, and knowledge to be a successful part of a “Customer-First” organization.
  • Think outside the box. Question, review process and procedures. Develop, present, and execute process improvements to increase call center’s efficiency and productivity levels.
  • Continue to grow! Track emerging trends in call center and retail operations. Review professional publications. Benchmark best practices.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management and or five plus years of retail and call center leadership experience.
  • Possess a combination of experience and management in retail sales and customer service with the ability to make sustainable changes and deliver substantial results.
  • Ecommerce experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and successfully manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proficient with current ecommerce and computer software, phone systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Future orientation and outlook, not accepting of the status quo.
  • Strong ability to define priorities and unfailing attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and optimize touchpoints through various online and in person channels.
  • This is a full-time position requiring occasional evening and weekend coverage.
