After we have verified your identity, we will provide you with what data we have collected from you as well as confirmation of erasure of your data, if you so choose.

Closing Your Account
To instruct us to close your account, email us at privacy-request@herrschners.com. We will retain information from closed accounts as necessary to comply with legal requirements and our business practices, resolve disputes, and take other actions permitted by law.

California Residents Under the Age of 18 Only:
If you have created an account with Herrschners, Inc., you may request that we remove content or information that you have publicly posted by sending an email message to privacy-request@herrschners.com that includes your mailing address and a detailed description of the content or the information. At our option, we may either remove your personal information or remove all of the content and information.

GDPR Corrections, Deletions, and Opt-Out

Herrschners, Inc. websites is intended for general audience and not for use by or targeted to children younger than the age of 13.
