Iris yarn
It's a beautiful color. I love working with Caron yarn. Making a temperature blanket. The Iris is for 25 degrees and below. Beautiful.

This yarn is soft without being fuzzy or frizzy and I like that it's subtly shiny. It's also a bit lighter/thinner than other "normal" weight yarn (I'd say more like 3.5 than 4), so it doesn't work up bulky but you can still make a good-sized doll or stuffed animal with it without it taking forever. My only pet peeve is that there aren't as many skin tones/neutrals as I'd like, but the colors are pretty varied and vibrant. Definitely recommend!

The color Iris is a vibrant jewel toned purple. The yarn has a lovely sheen to it and is very soft. Using a Susan Bates brand hook I did not experience any splitting. I highly recommend this yarn.
The yarn is so soft and cuddly...perfect for the blanket I am making.
Stitch definitions are great. Easy to work with. Love the colors that i have purchased so far.
