Here are some quick and easy ways to track your package:

Email Confirmation: Once your order ships, we'll send you an email from donotreply@shipmentnotifications.com! It will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Search Your Inbox: Can't find that email? No problem! Try searching your inbox for your order number.

Your Herrschners.com Account: If you created an account with us, simply log in to Herrschners.com, click on 'Account,' and then 'Orders.' You'll find all your order details and tracking information there!

Quick Shipping Tip: Please remember that it can take up to 48 hours for orders to ship, and we don't ship on weekends.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise that is in salable condition, for a full refund of merchandise or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and complete return instructions. Mail your return to:

Please Note: Large orders, refused orders, or orders returned more than 60 days after the delivery date will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and return shipping costs.


Canadian Customers

1. Effective August 29, 2025: To comply with the suspension of the U.S. Tariff Code’s Section 321 “de minimis” exemption, all returns from Canada must be processed through your local Canada Post location to ensure proper customs procedures are followed and duties are paid.

2. Due to current U.S. tariff requirements, we are unable to issue credits or refunds for Canadian orders that are refused at delivery or deemed by the carrier as “Undeliverable as Addressed.”


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip.

            • Exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.
            • Items must be unused, unopened and in sellable condition.
            • Return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
