About Herrschners Product Clubs
Herrschners clubs are recurring subscriptions that automatically send you projects or puzzles on a regular schedule. Each club has its own theme, frequency, and pricing, and some include surprise designs so you can look forward to something new each shipment.
General Club Questions
What happens when I join a Herrschners club?
When you join, you’re enrolled in a subscription that automatically sends you a club shipment either monthly or every other month, depending on the club. The Puzzle and Latch Hook clubs feature surprise designs, so you won’t know the exact look ahead of time.
What do I receive in each shipment?
Puzzle Club: Two 1,000-piece puzzles each month.
Plastic Canvas Village Club: One plastic canvas village kit every other month.
Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure: Your first shipment includes the canvas and all of the yarn you need for the full design, plus instructions and a chart for the first section. For the next 11 months, you receive monthly chart/instruction packets for each additional section.
How much does each club cost?
Puzzle Club: First month $9.99, then $14.99 per month after that.
Plastic Canvas Village Club: $19.99 per month (ships every other month).
Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure: $129.99 for the full year (one-time payment).
Can I be a member of more than one Herrschners club at once?
Yes. You can join multiple clubs, and each club’s shipments will arrive separately.
When is my card charged?
For Puzzle Club and Plastic Canvas Village Club, your credit or debit card is charged when each box ships. The Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure is charged once at the time you place the order.
When do club shipments go out?
Puzzle Club: Ships on the third Thursday of each month.
Plastic Canvas Village Club: Ships on the second Thursday every other month.
Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure: Ships on the first Wednesday of the month.
Can I apply promo codes or discounts to club orders?
The only discount that can be applied to club subscriptions is the Smart Savings Club discount. No other promo codes or shipping discounts apply to club shipments.
How much does shipping cost for club boxes?
Each time a subscription box ships, a $4.99 shipping fee is added for orders going to the continental U.S. Orders going to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska will also include the usual surcharge. The Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure does not have additional monthly shipping fees beyond the initial price.
Can I restart my membership after I’ve cancelled?
Yes. You can restart your club beginning with the next month’s shipment. To restart, call the Herrschners Customer Service team at 1-800-713-1239.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your club subscription, please call the Herrschners Customer Service team at 1-800-713-1239. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled and you will be charged for that month’s box.
Can I return a shipment from a club?
Yes. If you’re unhappy with a club shipment, you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging for a refund for that shipment. Your box will arrive with an itemized invoice and full return instructions. Returning one shipment does not cancel your club, so future shipments will still arrive unless you cancel. Puzzle Club
Why do I sometimes see a Puzzle Club design later on the website?
Puzzle Club members receive early access to certain designs. About two months after puzzles are released to club members, they may become available to purchase individually on the site.
What types of puzzles are included?
Each shipment includes two 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles. Themes and artwork vary each month, so you’ll get a mix of styles over time.
What if my puzzle is missing a piece?
If you’re missing a piece (or pieces), please call the Herrschners Customer Service team at 1-800-713-1239. We’ll either arrange for the missing piece to be sent or reship the puzzle at our discretion.
Plastic Canvas Village Club
What is the Plastic Canvas Village Club?
The Plastic Canvas Village Club is a series of coordinated village building kits. The 2025 theme is a classic Main Street, and each shipment includes a complete kit to stitch one detailed building.
How is this series different from other plastic canvas village kits?
Village Club buildings are larger and more detailed than many of our standard village kits and are only available through the subscription, making them special collector pieces.
How often will I receive a Village Club kit?
Village Club shipments go out every other month. There are six shipments in the series, which together create six different village buildings.
What materials are included in each kit?
Each kit includes 7-mesh plastic canvas, acrylic yarn, embellishments, a needle, and full-color instructions to complete an iconic Main Street–style building.
If I join later in the year, which kit do I start with?
You can join the Village Club at any time. New members always start with the first building in the series, and then receive the remaining buildings in numerical order with each subsequent shipment.
What if I run out of yarn or plastic canvas?
Kits are packed with the materials you need to complete the project. If you’d like extra yarn or canvas, you can purchase additional supplies at Herrschners.com or by contacting Customer Service.
Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure Club
What is the Latch Hook Year-Long Adventure?
This club is a 12-month latch hook project. Your first shipment includes the full canvas, all pre-cut acrylic yarn needed for the finished design, and the chart and instructions for the first section. For the next 11 months, you’ll receive monthly shipments with charts and instructions for each new portion of the design.
Do I know the design theme ahead of time?
No—part of the fun is the mystery. The design is revealed section by section as you work through the project.
What if I run out of yarn?
Your first shipment includes all of the pre-cut yarn needed for the full design, so keep it stored safely until you need it. If you do need additional yarn, you can order more through Herrschners.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-713-1239.
What if I start the project and decide it’s too difficult?
Our standard refund policy applies: we’re only able to accept returns for unused merchandise that is in new condition and in its original packaging. Once the kit has been started, we’re unable to issue a refund.
