This yarn is most definitely soft and has lots of drape to it. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is that the ply’s of yarn want to split.

This 100% acrylic yarn comes in a range of solids and multis, with 7 ounces (370 yards) in each ball for solids and 5 ounces (223-230 yards) in each ball for multis. This machine washable yarn is perfect for blankets, throws, hats, scarves, and more. Imported.
• 100% acrylic, #4 worsted weight yarn.
• Solids 7 oz/198g/370 yd/338m ball.
• Multis 5 oz/141g/230 yd/211m ball
• Stripes 5 oz/141g/223 yd/204m ball.
• Machine washable. Imported.
• Crochet gauge, size K-10½ (6.5mm) hook: 14 sc and 14 rows = 4" (10.2cm).
