Return Policy

Since 1899, Herrschners has focused on quality products and happy customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original packaging for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Each order includes an itemized invoice and full return instructions.

Please send returns via insured Parcel Post or a similar insured method. A carrier fee may be required when you ship the return.

Large orders, refused shipments, or returns sent more than 60 days after purchase may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus return shipping costs. Gift cards cannot be returned for a refund.

Canada Customers

  1. Effective August 29, 2025, and in line with changes to U.S. Tariff Code Section 321, all returns from Canada must be processed through your local Canada Post location so that customs rules are followed and duties are correctly handled.
  2. Due to current U.S. tariff rules, we can no longer issue credits or refunds for Canadian orders that are refused at delivery or marked by the carrier as “Undeliverable as Addressed.”

Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable method for your return.
