Surrounded by grinning jack-o’-lanterns, bats, and spooky headstones, this bright and colorful Halloween banner adds a dazzling sparkle to your spooky décor. The kit comes complete with everything needed to create and display your banner: pre-printed designs on quality felt, color-separated sequins and beads, cotton floss, needles, wooden dowel with finials for hanging, and instructions. The banner is accented with little dots indicating where to place the sequins, which can be sewn on with the included floss and needle or glued on if sewing isn’t your thing (glue not included).
